It’s all designed around our famous 30-mintue Curves Circuit training. Jillian has taken her many years of experience as a personal trainer and infused tried-and-true exercises in-between the Curves strength building machines to complete the circuit. Jillian designed the new exercises specifically to boost intensity, build strength, burn fat and prevent plateaus.
Exercises for ALL LEVELS

But with the Curves Workouts with Jillian, the exercises are meant to be for all fitness levels. Each of the new exercises can be easily modified to suite comfort and fitness level, while keeping all the benefits of the exercise. New Exercises EVERY MONTH for Curves Circuit
One of the most exciting things about the new Jillian workouts is that the exercises won’t always be the same. In fact, Jillian will give you NEW EXERCISES EVERY MONTH so you won’t get bored with the same thing. How cool is that!?!? Here are just a few of the ALL-NEW Exercises for January with Jillian Michaels:
- Jumping Jack – Cardiovascular conditioning
- Push-ups – Strengthen upper body, core, and quadriceps
- Hi-Knees – Cardiovascular conditioning
- Ab Hold – Strengthen core
- Butt Kicks – Cardiovascular conditioning and dynamic stretching of quadriceps
While these are just some examples, there are 12 new exercises each month that will be introduced into the Curves Circuit.
